Former Indian Army officer and alumnus of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. Worked in the senior management cadre of a large tyre manufacturing company, as Vice President HR of a 4000 people strong Indian ITES company and as Chief People Officer of a large Indian multinational diamonds and jewelry group. Member of All India Management Association, Bombay Management Association, Bombay Psychiatric Society and Counsellors' Association of India. Registered as Rehabilitation Psychologist of Rehabilitation Council of India. Provided OD services and training to a large number of organisations including top Indian and multi-national companies like Crompton Greaves, Mahindra and Mahindra, Reliance ADA, MTNL, Siemens, Pidilite, Airports Authority of India, Centurion Bank, Corporation Bank, HDFC Bank, Bharat Petroleum, Vedanta, Onida, Felder, NSDL etc. Professional articles published in periodicals like Times of India and also as expert author with the globally leading article portal – ezinearticles.com. Sonali Karandikar Sikdar
Sonali has a Masters in HRD (MBA) from KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai, having secured third position overall in her batch. She has done her MA in Clinical Psychology and Diploma in Training and Development from Indian Society for Training and Development. She has worked with renowned organisations like IBM's Project Management Office, in the areas of HR, training and recruitment. As a behavioural and soft skills trainer, she has trained people from organisations like Coca Cola, Centurion Bank of Punjab, UTI, Mafatlal Group, Mahindra and Mahindra, RPG group, Indian Bank, Shell Transource, MSEDC and many more. As a consultant, she has also provided services to organisations like DSP Merrill Lynch, Xansa, Onward Novell, Schlumberger, Xoriant, Bajaj International, US Interactive, Direct I, Hexaware, Subex, Fidelity, Travelex, Mahindra Consulting, Microland, Hewitt etc.She, apart from the corporates, has also conducted training and development programmes for management graduates from various institutes.
