MA in Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Training and Development (topped Organisational Behaviour paper of this course) and Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. Former Indian Army officer and alumnus of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. Worked in the senior management cadre of a large tyre manufacturing company, as Vice President HR of a 4000 people strong Indian ITES company and as Chief People Officer of a large Indian multinational diamonds and jewelry group. Member of All India Management Association, Bombay Management Association, Bombay Psychiatric Society and Counsellors' Association of India. Registered as Rehabilitation Psychologist of Rehabilitation Council of India. Provided OD services and training to a large number of organisations including top Indian and multi-national companies like Crompton Greaves, Mahindra and Mahindra, Reliance ADA, MTNL, Siemens, Pidilite, Airports Authority of India, Centurion Bank, Corporation Bank, HDFC Bank, Bharat Petroleum, Vedanta, Onida, Felder, NSDL etc. His professional blog has many of his articles etc. in it.
